Honestly I thought he had already been charged with a different sex crime.

That story from the Kimmel show about Ivanka Trump further goes to show that she was raised in an environment that normalizes such behaviour, seeing as no legal action came of it.

Hmmm, interesting. Guy Pearce on Kevin Spacey:

Quote:“Yeah … yeah. Tough one to talk about at the moment. Amazing actor; incredible actor. Mmm. Slightly difficult time with Kevin, yeah,” Pearce says, before uttering four words that make the studio audience gasp: “He’s a handsy guy.”

...

“Thankfully I was 29, and not 14,” he says, prompting more audience gasps.

I can't imagine why people would do things like this. I love movies to an almost naive degree so, it just saddens me as much as it angers me. If I were a director or actor or filmmaker of any kind I would want everyone involved to be able to look back on the experience making the film as a good/happy experience no matter what film it is or how it turned out. It'd be heart breaking to me to find out something went on and made the experience traumatic for anyone, ever..

Jon Lovitz might commit a crime now just so he can beat Dick to a pulp in prison.

That documentary on THE ABYSS is great. It's also pretty telling that ME Mastrantonio refused to participate in it. Then again, they talk about the resuscitation scene in there where she absolutely lost it and stormed off the set because of her treatment.

Didn't Ed Harris come out years later and say that he'd never work with Cameron again either?
Reply
I remember seeing that somewhere regarding Harris refusing to work with Cameron again.

I like the story of the crew of T2 making shirts that said "Terminator 3? Not with me!"

I've also heard that Cameron has mellowed out a bit in the last decade.

Well, she stormed off due to the camera running out of film during the resuscitation scene.  Just one of those unfortunate things, I think Jim even sympathized.  But yeah, it was a brutally tough shoot and I remember a story where Jim told everyone that instead of using up precious time leaving the set and taking off the diving gear to go to the bathroom they should just piss in their suits, Mastrantonio wasn't happy about that, yelling that they weren't animals.  Film's a masterpiece, though.

Chris Elliott said Cameron was nothing but nice to him on the set. Downright sweet, in fact.

Then Cameron went on Letterman to promote THE ABYSS, Elliott did some pre-taped bit making fun of it and said he never heard from Cameron again.

If he'd have played his cards right he could have had Tom Arnold's part in TRUE LIES. Or at least maybe Xander Berkeley's in T2.

Arthur C. Clarke really liked a lot about the country from the climate to the places you could go scuba diving (closest he could get to weightlessness on Earth) and the like.

My parents just went there in the last couple of weeks for 6 months. We live right around the corner from his house. Literally a short walk. My dad's cousin was his PA (who organised stuff for him). So yes, I definitely took advantage of that and got to meet him at his office and that's how I have a full series of novels signed novels from the Odyssey series on my bookshelf.

So, James Dean was not dead until April last year and was really this guy according to that CrazyDaysAndNights website?

Why does James Woods even need an agent anyway? I would think at this point producers would be pretty clear what they're getting when they hire him.

Chris Elliott could've been Paxton in True Lies. It would've been a rehash of Get a Life right down to actually being killed by Schwarzenegger when he childishly describes his awe of Jamie Lee Curtis's body. And he would've sold those panic moments when he's actually getting tracked.

None of you better dare consider Cabin Boy that flank steak shit. It's London broil!

Andy Dick has become a huge punchline, but he's not a punchline. His contributions to The Ben Stiller Show aren't quite as great as what Stiller, Odenkirk, or Garofalo brought to the table, but who else has ever done impressions of Fred Dalton Thompson in Cape Fear and Kiefer Sutherland in A Few Good Men?

Still, fuck him.

You are correct that a lot of them are dumb and others seem like BS.  To save others the effort here is my summary so far:

1.     Anna Wintour had Bob Marley’s child
2.     James Dean faked his death and only died recently in Canada.
3.     Sean Penn, Danny Glover, Oliver Stone and Naomi Campbell were cozy with Hugo Chavez, who gifted them drugs and/or women.
4.     Max Landis has always been a racist, harassing piece of shit
5.     Some reality tv bs
6.     Skeevy blind about lesser known actress
7.     Sickening blind about Charlton Heston being a rapist
8.     Another blind about pedos
9.     Boring Selena Gomez
10.  James Franco
11.  Awards show shade suggesting Kirk Douglas raped someone
12.  Halle Berry showed a married producer her tits
13.  Dumb shit about A Star is Born remake
14.  Vincent Gallo fat shamed C. Ricci on Buffalo 66 and verbally abused her, possibly scarring her for life.
15.  Some theater guy molested Alex Winter
16.  Marciano designer got Anna Nicole Smith hooked on drugs, she had affairs with Bill Clinton and DJT, and DJT financed some video porn of hers
17.  Old Hollywood?
18.  Stan Laurel something something
19.  Sammy Davis Jr would have hot tub parties with cocaine and make women do each other
20.  Robert Wagner did kill Natalie Wood
21.  Pedos on set of Poltergeist 2
22.  Jared Fogle could get a reduced sentence if he spills on Anthony Weiner
23.  Don Johnson and Rob Lowe attended Farm Aid 2 for some reason and women turned them both down for Dwight Yoakum.
24.  Some reality show offspring dumb shit
25.  Same
26.  meh
27.  Nikki Reed is bugging Reese for a part on BLL S2

Stratosphere baby, stratosphere.  I'm stacked up over La Guardia and I'm not comin' down for nobody.  Not even you.
